Hassle-free Returns in 15 Days

Mamaia offers multiple ways to receive your orders made through the website. Here are some details to help you choose the best option:

Personal Collection - Orders can be collected immediately after receiving the confirmation email. We aim to prepare orders within a few hours during business hours.

Home Delivery - Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT) from Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next day. Orders made between Thursday at 1:01 PM and Sunday will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday, except for bank holidays.

Local Delivery Cost (15 miles) -  Orders within 15miles and over £100 are eligible for free delivery, and orders under £200 will be charged £5.

Limitation of Liability

We ship all orders using a next-day courier delivery service. However, please note that in certain cases, packages may take up to 36 or 48 hours to arrive.

In case of your absence during delivery, the package may be redirected to the nearest collection center.

You are responsible for ensuring access to your property.

To guarantee freshness, over-the-counter products are vacuum-sealed, and have a shelf life of seven days. Once opened, it's best to consume them within three days for optimal quality.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for factors beyond our control, such as closed roads, access codes, or other issues that may cause delays in the delivery of goods to your property.
